Winter Carnival 2017 at Gulmarg was conducted jointly by the Indian Army and Jammu &Kashmir Tourism Department under the aegis of Dagger Division.
Main attractions of the event were Snow Scooter and All Terrain Vehicle Races, Skiing, Snowboarding and Snowman making competitions which had great response & participation.
The carnival was attended by more than 2500 people. Visit by tourists is increasing. Conduct of such events strengthen the bond of the Indian Army with the Kashmiri Awam.
