It would be appropriate if social organizations are called the mirror of society because the movement, face and character of the society are reflected by the functioning, working style and conduct of these organizations. Against this background, we have to make an honest assessment so that the good things can be carried forward and the anomalies or harmful things can be discarded. It is a universal concept that social organizations have an important role in the prevention and development of caste oppression, therefore almost all castes have their own caste-representative organizations. But the plurality of institutions in the same caste is also a symbol of social fragmentation. In a democracy, casteism is a double-edged sword, on which there is a great need to know silence or performance judiciously according to time, place, and circumstances, otherwise, the opposite reaction causes fatal harm. Whose bite Rajput society has been continuously bearing. It is the responsibility of all of us to express this pain and try to solve it and I wonder why the sensitive section of society is not becoming vocal, how long will it keep waiting for the incarnation of Ram-Krishna?

Zonal Sabhas like Shree Rajput Sabha Jaipur, Mewar Rajput Sabha, Marwar Rajput Sabha etc. are the written constitutions of many old social gatherings and written or declared goals of all other organizations like Bhopal Noble Educational Institute, Bhavani Niketan, and social organizations are caste interest, progress, culture, education / technical education, vocational training, discipline Culture, character building etc. are social concerns only.

In the present situation, the following written issue is provoking Rajput the most, on which thinking and immediate action should be taken.

In this Lok Sabha election, the Rajput community is highly agitated and feels neglected by the discrimination in ticket distribution by the Bharatiya Janata Party because earlier in the Jana Sangh and now in the Bharatiya Janata Party, the base of the party has always been Rajput and has continued till now. Self in Rajasthan Bhairon Singh ji Shekhawat has been the father of Jansangh-BJP who made his society the foundation stone and took all the societies forward in BJP. Non-Rajput candidates can also make a base in their area when the Rajput community joins them because we believe in bringing all the communities together and that’s why all the communities support us, which is clearly proved by the recent and past election results. . Rajputs are spread in every district of Rajasthan and play an influential role in all the rural areas. That’s why the society expected that due to strong majority support towards the party, it would be given representation in the Lok Sabha accordingly. But the BJP has given seven tickets to the anti-traditional opportunistic class and the defector caste, while only three tickets have been given to the Rajput community, which raised its blood and sweat, due to which the society feels neglected and cheated, due to which there is resentment and disappointment. . (Whereas, despite the traditional policy of giving priority to a particular caste, the Congress has given four tickets to Rajputs as before.

Seven, eight Lok Sabha constituencies are like this, apart from ensuring the victory of eight declared Rajput candidates of the Lok Sabha with a huge margin. Where Rajput society is clearly in a position to teach a lesson to caste-specific and defection candidates. Because BJP has done extreme favouritism by sacrificing the traditional swami devotee, party-devotee Rajput community. Therefore, we appeal that the Samaj should not be bound by blind devotion or traditional thinking of special parties, but should vote in favour of good candidates on the basis of their own discretion. For example, internationally renowned youth player Rajyavardhan Rathore is a candidate from Jaipur rural area, who is a symbol of a clean image, energetic youth and national pride, making him victorious with huge votes, so that rapid development work can be done in this neglected area. The fugitive parachute candidates from Bhilwara are not going to enjoy themselves here. Therefore, we appeal to the enlightened voters of all societies to change the region and boycott the opportunistic elements in voting and make the qualified candidates win at their discretion.

There is a strong need for brainstorming and improvement on some main points regarding the role of institutions in the social sector:

  1. Is it a dignified act by a social leader (patron) to work against the collective interest of Rajputs in Barmer etc.?
  2. It is absolutely not necessary for the district unit of a registered statutory social organization to go against its own constitution and honour the disputed person. Because such conduct comes under the category of indiscipline, on which punitive action is a questionable question. Such activity raises a question mark on our values and well-established customs.
  3. Due to the ill effects of new education and fashion, there has been an erosion of caste rituals in some elite youth of the society and sometimes intercaste.

One gets to hear anti-social news like matrimony or sahgotri marriage. A civilized society cannot issue fatwas like other castes, but if understanding and family values are kept awake then this problem can be solved. Though organizations like Shri Kshatriya Yuvak Sangh, and Shri Ayuwan Singh Smriti Sansthan are doing good work in the field of character building and discipline, and in the field of preservation and promotion of Rajput literature, the youth are getting disoriented in many aspects and all social Institutions should work with awareness towards youth culture and Rajput history. In order to preserve the above social concerns, it is my humble request that a collective meeting of the presidents and office bearers of the organizations of all the divisions should be held, an in-depth discussion should be held and an expected body or core committee should be formed so that the society can be developed by developing collective thinking at the state level. To face the upcoming challenges and get the right social guidance.

I am very optimistic that we are still not so weak as to show helplessness in the face of the present circumstances. There is a need to bring a positive change in the thinking of keeping our ethnic concerns paramount, to give up ego and prejudices and to dream of building a strong society. Then see, new dimensions of hope and progress will be seen opening. We hope that the readers will cooperate in taking this process forward by thinking, and will benefit from their invaluable practical suggestions.
