Chef Pundeer began his culinary training at the prestigious ITDC Ashoka Hotel and later at Hotel Claridges Naini Restaurant, Nainital. From these roots, he rose through ranks in fine hotels like Sheraton Kuwait (Bukhara) and Winner’s Restaurant, mastering banquet service, fine dining, and large-team kitchen operations.
From 2007 to 2023, he played a pivotal role as Corporate Chef for Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail and Moti Mahal Delux Legendary Culinary, launching outlets across Indian cities like Jaipur, Lucknow, Ranchi, Amritsar, and abroad in Dubai and the Maldives.
