Bhawani Singh Khangarot is more than a chef, today he is a Chef, Hotelier as well as an event & royal wedding Planner based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Bhawani Singh started his epicurean journey from the Culinary Institute of MGMT and today, he is one of the most sought after Many chefs for his unique style. Born in Rajasthan, India in a Rajpoot family, was inspired by the Royal Rajwadi Kitchen at a young age, which led him to pursue his love for food. After completing his education, began his career in the culinary world.
After working in India then travelling to the culinary institute, he went on to work in restaurants in Canada. Though Chef Bhawani Singh is one of the most famous Indian chefs today, his skills extend far beyond the kitchen. A savvy Hotelier, Bhawani Singh is responsible for the success of several restaurants.


When it comes to Indian food, the common misconception is that the preparation style must be complex. Bhawani Singh has managed to elucidate that Indian cooking can be prepared in a simplistic style, with all the modern trappings, yet appealing to the common household cook at the same time.

And if you thought the age-old Rajwadi food cannot be tasty as for being old fashioned of flavors, Chef Bhawani Singh was recognized by the Royal Family of Rajasthan for presenting Rajwadi cuisines at Royal wedding. Following this, he was appointed as a royal chef in Royal Wedding Kushboo Rathore daughter of MLA Man Singh Kinserya Parbatsar Nagaur at Jai Mahal Palace Jaipur last year on 29 November 2017.
