Social institutions play a vital role in social welfare and all-around development. While many castes have their own institutions, some have formed Khamp Panchayats that often issue one-sided orders, disregarding the constitution. Governments seem to surrender to these institutions due to vote bank politics. However, the reality is that most social organizations lack commitment and awareness towards this purpose.

There are numerous social organizations, institutions, and assemblies of Rajputs at various levels, but many exist only on paper or are formed for personal agendas. Only a few registered organizations have a clear constitution and concrete work, but their scope is limited.

Our society is simple, with many being uneducated, unemployed, and needy. While they participate in social unity events, they feel cheated when no results are seen. The lack of clear social agendas, commitment, and determination among leaders has led to disappointment and ridicule.

Recent events, such as the Maharana Pratap Jayanti celebration, have been marred by poor organization and transparency issues. It’s essential to work towards social integration with sincerity and transparency, leaving personal agendas aside. A well-planned strategy and inclusive working style can help us achieve our goals.

We need to focus on the future and work together to get our legitimate rights. By becoming active with positive thinking and forgetting mutual differences, we can make this transition period favorable for Rajputs. It’s time to awaken our ethnic identity and bring about a positive change in thinking. By being honest, truthful, and committed to ourselves and society, we can unfold new dimensions of hope and progress.
