Rajasthan is among remarkable MICE and Wedding destinations for all Event Agencies and Wedding Planners, and this event is a must to explore the key players and resources who can partner with Event and Wedding agencies in forthcoming events in the state. Various regional agencies, venues, sound & light vendors, fabricators, manpower solutions, gifting solutions and other wedding solution providers will showcase their offerings. We will be encouraging agency owners, their production heads or key decision makers to come and be a part of this event, expecting at max 1 representative to be present from their Branch Office. If you regularly do events in Rajasthan, send in your requests, and we will be more than happy to host you at the Diggi Palace. Since we have limited accommodation, we will allocate spaces on Twin sharing and First Come – First Serve basis.
The B2B meeting will go on from 11am to 5pm. We encourage you to enrich yourself by meeting various key resources on a one-on-one meeting format of 10 minutes each. We expect you to complete most of such meetings at each table, with a Lunch break in between.
Evening will be a Networking and Celebration event, hosted in The Gulmohar, a stunning property on the Delhi highway. We expect a high attendance from many regional stakeholders of the industry in the evening. Witness a splendid display of some brilliant regional talents, and Cocktail Dinner will follow.
