Dilbahar Sharbat; the traditional flavour of Jaipur

Jaipur, as we all know, is famous by the name ‘pink city’ and is also the capital of the state of Rajasthan. Jaipur has been a very famous vacation spot which is visited by foreigners as well as Indians every year to relax and enjoy a hearty time with friends and family. The Jaipur city, as we know, houses an enormous amount of food joints. However there are certain food joints, which are not only the best when it comes to getting some relief in this scorching heat, but they also have a special place in our hearts as we have many memories attached to these places.

New Dilbahar sharbat

Established in 1949, this shop in Choti Chaupar serves a variety of sharbats along with Rajasthani staple snacks like kachori and Mirchi vada. It might have been through a little rough patch because of the construction of metro but it does not affect the taste of the sharbat here. Nearly six decades old eatery, New Dilbahar Sharbat & Restaurant, has been a perfect halt for all the Sharbat lovers. The entire place is fairly clean and the environment is also decent. Prices will surely not a matter of concern for this delicious drink.

The Specialty
At Dilbahar, Shahi Gulab Sharbat is readied up using the Gulab (Rose) extract judiciously; therefore, one enjoys the aromatic values along with the appealing sweetness.
The Taste’
Gulab Sharbat pleases with its sweet chilling effect and what binds you with the fine spell is the scented flavour of rose extract added to it.
